Hi Ladies-
I just got back from my first trip on a plane!! Two flights in one weekend. It was mentally and emotionally draining but im SO glad that I pushed myself out of my comfort zone to do this. I really am. Was the hardest thing I have had to do in my life this far......
I can now get back to my life!
I will continue on with Stage 5 this week. I do have to say though that once I start taking Kickboxing twice a week (in Sept), I may not continue on with the program. but with 2 kickboxing training sessions a week + dodgeball, I probably wont have the time (or effort) to lift as well..... I may try and lift one day a week.
Let's see how it goes. I'm so happy right now and proud of myself. I'm gloating.
