which should i consider my actual weight??

ok. so in the morning i weighed in nude and got 132. later on i got 133.  and plus with clothes on in the morning im 133. with clothes on later in the day im 134. i kinda like to let my friends know about my progress but  i never know what weight to use. i know that its better to measure nude, but at the doctor's office we get weighted fully clothed, and supposedly thats our most accurate weigh in??

what do you guys think??`

I would say 132! I always pick my lowest # it makes me feel better!
lol. yeah. it boosts my motivation whenever i see a lower number.

I'd go with your weight with no clothes (or just underwear) first thing in the morning. If you always weigh like that it's fairly consistent.

you probably weigh less in the morning because you haven't eaten yet that day.  food in your stomach is weight, even if it's going to be digested and turned into fuel, and won't weigh anything in a few hours.
I weigh in my night dress... that way it stays fairly consistent because one night dress is pretty similar to another. The day that it was so cold I wore sweats to bed, I weighed a pound more in the morning!
I think the key is to weight at the same time of day and same conditions (clothes, no clothes, before breakfast/drinking water, after eating, whatever).  And measure yourself also...I saw that progress faster than the pounds...great motivator if you need that!

I am the same, I always gain about 3lbs throughout the day :) so I just go with the middle one as an average. Above post is right though, only weigh once a day at the same time, that way you are getting an accurate weight.

(It is probably more accurate to only weigh once a week to get a proper indication of a weekly loss, but I don't even do this!)

The reason they say it is most accurate at the Doctors office is that their scales are constantly calibrated.  They used to actually deduct a standard ammount for clothing. I think the assistants have gotten lazy on that.

Your most accurate weight other wise is in the morning, nude, before eating and after going to the bathroom.

I weigh in first thing in the morning, nude and most of the time right before I jump into the shower. Most of the time I weigh everyday but sometimes I forget too..
You'll drive yourself crazy if you weigh too often.  Everybody has weight fluctuations over the course of the day - it's normal.  I've actually had an 8 pound difference due to water retention.  That's why I record my weight only once a month.
i always weigh myself first thing in the morning without clothes, at night i weigh 3lbs more without fail. As long as you weigh yourself at a the same time, on the same scales wearingthe same type clothes, that way its always constant

Weigh yourself nude after eating dinner. After having a good bowel movement weigh yourself nude again.

Add the two together then divide by 2

 Here's the answer:   Only weigh yourself once a week.  Daily fluctuations aren't real.  Use the measuring tape and your mirror; the only two things that never lie. Simple!
