is this day considering a light activity/moderate or very active?
There are alot of burn meters, I never know what to pick tho.
This is my usual day:
Walk 20 minutes totally (to school and back home)
Exercise: 1 hour heavy weight lifting (9-12 reps each set)
40 minutes normal pace at elliptical machine (says i burn 400calories but who knows)
And then I sit all day rest of the day.
What kind of day is that?
