My problem is I can not lose any more even if I work out more or change my diet. Why is this? Can anyone help me I want to lose weight, but it feels hopeless. I mean at first I was excited that I was losing the weight, but now I am like why I'm I stuck at 160??? ANyone with suggestions I would really love them. Thanks!

i am the exact same, i have hit a plateau at 160 :(

i will let you know if i ever manage to break it... and what i did! i have a feeling though that its a tough barrier, and maybe once i've cracked it, weight will come off a little easier. so don't stop working out! just in case!

After a while it just seems like you stall out and then out of nowhere you will start lose again then stall back out. Trust me I've had it happen. I've had to fight tooth and nail these past 4 weeks to lose 2 pounds! Thats with being at 1200 calories and working out and even throwing in some higher calorie days to try and shake things up. I just figured my body was starting to resist losing weight because it knew something I didn't lol. I dunno, make sure you drink enough water sometimes that can really help make things go smoother. I know a lot of times I have a hard time getting in a good amount of water and if I get a lot for a few days in a row it seems to help. Hang in there guys it will get better. Remember if you are eating right and working out eventually it will have to pick back up.
