Constantly bloated - why me?!

Quote  |  Reply
i've been with calorie count for a couple of weeks and have lost weight which is great. my side view is slimmer but the thing is after i eat absolutely ANYTHING whether it be water, a carrot, a sandwich or whatever i always bloat to the point it looks like i'm pregnant.
no joke - and i'm 15!!!
in the mornings is best coz i have an empty stomach and i can actually see myself getting slimmer, but then have an apple and i blow up again so i have to suck it in to see my REAL size.
what can i do?

could be food allergies.
If that's so, then you need to see a doctor.  We can't help you.
What's your current height and weight? I'm the same, I always prefer my morning view in the mirror to my evening, I'm very bloated by then!
Your body needs to get used to the change in diet.  Fruit and veg are very high in fibre, and as we all are aware, causes gas.  :)  Gas makes our tummies bloat....(among other things).

I would give your body some time to get used to the change, and eventually it will settle down. If not-see the doctor!
i have this problem too, unfortunately, AND i'm 15 too. lol. i don't know what's wrong.
Try taking Papaya Enzyme. (they are small chewable vitamins)  they help with the digestive system and help preventing bloat and gas.  Or try beano.  Ive never tried beano, but papaya enzyme was wonderful for me when I got off atkins diet and began eating carbohydrates again.

i AM a big fruit and veggie eater now i'm eating healthier, but i've always had a bloat so the diet change shouldn't be the issue.

height = 160cm (approx. 5'3)
weight = 61kg (approx. 132lbs)
I'm going to say it's probably vegetables...

that and maybe stress. I've had the same thing for almost three years now, but I hadn't had it before... I started eating a lot more vegetables around that time...
I am vegan now, and I find it difficult to avoid lots of vegetables (plus I am addicted to them!)

Same with me, I wake up and everything is perfect... then the day goes by, and by the end (depending on the amount of vegetables) I could be very bloated...

anyways, I hope you get it figured out.. could try various elimination diets like lactose? or wheat/gluten etc? and eliminate veggies for a few days, see if it helps...
Soy?

good luck
it could be ibs.....do u sometimes get constipation and or diareha i have ibs so i bloat after everything i eat also it sucks i only see my weight going down in the morning also talk to ur doc about ur symptoms......
mmmm nah i don't get constipation and diarrorhea....i dunno mayb its just my build!?
