so here's the deal, i'm really confused on how much calories i should take in a day (obvi) :P.

i'm 153cm, 95 lbs, 18 yrs old.. i exercise almost everyday, for 25-35 mins. i do pilates some days, and dancing (cardio) randomly inside my room on other days. i pretty much just sit around for 4-6 hours, working on my comp for the rest of the day. and i prepare/cook food and stand for about 20 mins for that, i do that twice, lunch and dinner.

So you are around 5ft tall?  Are you trying to lose weight, maintain, or gain?

Here is a calculator for teens: http://www.kidsnutrition.org/bodycomp/bmiz2.h tml

I entered your stats and got the following:

"A 60-inch tall, 95-pound, 18-year-old girl has a body mass index (BMI) of 18.6, which is at the 14th percentile for age. Although being thin could be perfectly normal for this girl, she could potentially be at risk of being underweight, particularly if she has recently lost weight or has stopped gaining weight.

A healthy weight range for this particular girl would be from about 95-pounds to 131-pounds."

Since you exercise a half hour almost everyday, you should consume around 1760 calories a day.  On more active days, you should increase your calorie intake.

Please note, that as you get older 95lbs will no longer be in the healthy range for you.
