Kim, your icon kitteh looks exactly the way I feel this morning. LOL

Me too. Keri posted a good idea in Claires journal. To take melatonin at night. I didn't want to get a prescription for sleeping pills (afraid I'd drive in my sleep). But I may try the melatonin. My body is exhausted but my brain keeps going.

Yep, I've heard melatonin is good to help you fall asleep (but it won't help you stay asleep if your problem is that you keep waking up.)  But like you said, way better alternative than regular sleeping pills.

Please do not drive while sleeping. :)  *pictures snoozing Kim behind the wheel, shouting GET OUTTA MAI WAI!! at imaginary tourists in between snores*  hehe :P

*yawns*

actually, we have meltanonin at home. I use it, occasionally.

I seem to toss and turn during the week. Then working and doing stuff after work wears me out. So by the weekend I end up in a really deep sleep. And sleep most of both days.

Its kinda weird to feel that its total okay to say I get worn out.

*pokes chat*

Sorry. Work is being particularly compelling today.

In fact.. idle. :p

I guess its just me & George. He hogs up the couch though.

W!rk and phone calls here, too.  bbiab

What is this "sane", and where can I get some?

*wonders if he'd be locked out of the grown-up discussions*

shhh

I'm trying to sleep

*whispers*

Bork.

We're sorry, all supplies of "Sane" are currently on backorder.  You will be notified when more is available.  Currently, the ETA is never.

:D

*sits quietly.  fidgets.  looks around for something to do. Tries to insert jelly beans in Kimne's nose while she sleeps.  (only black jelly beans, because they're the only ones I don't like).  Plucks kimne's eyebrow - just one because she nearly woke up on that last tweeze.  Looks for a bowl to put warm water in....or maybe shaving cream and a feather.*

Split's up to no good.

*shifty eyes*

*finds an old tattoo gun under the couch, remembers seeing an iron-on "Last Supper" paint by numbers behind the Ficus....*

HEY!

Heheh.
