Cookie Dough Conundrum
Does anybody know of a good cookie dough product with not many calories...I know that this may be asking the impossible.
If you want the premade stuff this is the lowest I've found

But if you're feeling adventurous these are some pretty tasty recipes for low-cal cookies

And this is probably the lowest calorie cookie dough ice cream out there per 1 cup serving

Thanks, I like the ice cream, but I wish that it came with chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough rather than vanilla ( I sometimes even give the vanilla to my friend to stop the extra, not-even-tasty calories).
Low calorie cookie dough isn't worth eating. Control the calories by controlling the portion size.

I use the Toll-House recipe, but I use whole wheat flour, 1.5 sticks of lower-cal spread instead of two sticks of butter, and egg beaters. I also don't use the whole bag of chips like they say...maybe half. I still use real sugar because I hate the taste of artificial sweetners, but if you don't mind those, they'll cut calories too. Mine end up at about 80 cals per cookie, I think.
Also, I think there's a way you can sub unsweetened applesauce for something...can't remember which though!

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
