Cookies and Brownies...AHHHH!!!
Put a picture of you at your biggest right next to the sweets. Maybe it'll remind you what contributed to your size back then!
Put some fruit or veggies next to the sweets. If you want one that badly, make yourself eat a piece of the good stuff first! Might not want it after eating something healthy.
Or ask him to pack them up in air tight containers, put them in his car and bring them to work.
Whatever you do, be sure to blow raspberries at him for tempting you like that! ![]()

Stay strong! Stay Strong!
Try to be good today, and tomorrow ask him if his craving went away, if he says yes; take a cookie and a brownie out of the box put them on a plate in the kitchen. Dump the rest in the trash, throw out the trash and return to the kitchen and enjoy each one throughout the day as a treat while still staying within your caloire intake? That might motiviate you to be good!
Hope you can resist binging on them :)
I'm really glad that I don't have that problem. I love cookies and brownies, but for some reason, I don't really have a problem resisting them. In fact, I have been asked to bake over 20 dozen cookies and brownies since I started my diet (mostly for bake sales or for my wife's friends at work). I have found that I can take joy in the baking of cookies and brownies without giving in to the temptation to eat them all myself. I guess I am enjoying them vicariously through my kids and friends who love my biscotti, almond cookies, and homemade brownies.
Take a fitness or fashion (whichever your body type and goals fit better and more realistically into) magazine out with a great picture of someone that you might see yourself like at your goal open on top of the brownies and cookies. Keep it there.
My mom just baked 2 banana loafs, an orange pound cake and muffins. I hate when she has days off. I really can't resist so I try to stay out of the house as much as possible. The fact that I never eat anything that isn't frozen doesn't help either. *attempts to save for school in another city*
next time sabotage his baking with loads of salt or some sort of pepper![]()
