You can make scrambled eggs pretty easily in a microwave, but it's tedious. I usually do it in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave 30 more seconds, stir, etc until there is only a tiny bit of liquidy egg left. That way the egg doesn't get completely stuck to the bowl, the eggs stay nice and moist (and any uncooked portions will shortly become cooked from the heat of the surrounding egg), and it doesn't start to explode in the microwave. You can also buy plastic containers to poach eggs in the microwave--a lot less messy since the eggs are covered and won't explode.

I would suggest a small frying pan. The amount of work to micro an egg you'd be better off in the pan. Linnens & Things has a egg set where there's a fry pan the size of 2-3 scrambled eggs and a cute spatula with a egg on the handle. If you are careful, it can be wiped clean for daily use without too much effort.

It's the only way I do it. I just spray the bottom of a plastic container (not a thin zip-lock one, but a good quality plastic lunchbox) with "fat free" spray before I pour the eggbeaters in. Even when I don't spray the bottom they come off fine. It's much easier that way, since I hate getting the frying pan dirty for just one person. Let me know how it works....
I apologize, double post =)

Put eggs in bowl. Put in microwave for 30 seconds. Eat eggs.

At least hats how it works w/ my mocrowave :]

I don't eat eggs but daughter makes eggs in a plastic microwave egg poaching Tupperware dish that she got at K-mart.  It's quick and easy, the eggs don't stick, and she says they taste better than when I cook them for her.  I  think it cost less than 5 dollars and an 8 year old can do it correctly.

I make pseudo-omelettes using a microwave. Stir one egg plus four tablespoons of egg whites in a microwavable bowl vigorously; add chopped spinach and tomatoe; microwave on high for 1 minute; stir; microwave on high for an additional minute; let cool. I have it with two slices of wheat toast to make it a breakfast sandwich. Yum!
