Cooking rack of lamb - 1st timer!

Anyone have a good recipe for cooking/perparing rack of lamb? Ideally I would like to bbq it, but I am open to suggestions.

Grilling is great!  I like it coated with a mixture of olive oil, crushed garlic, and grainy mustard.  You would start with salt & pepper and brush with olive oil, grill until nice an brown, then spoon on the mustard mixture at the end so it doesn't burn.  Use an instant read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the meat to get the doneness you desire.  I like it medium rare.
