Cooking with Yogurt
Hello.
I have a curry that calls for adding heavy cream then simmering. Can I replace it with Yogurt? Will it curdle?

Simmer the dish first to reduce the sauce. Turn off the heat and then add the yoghurt right at the end. That way it won't curdle. Keep the heat on under the yoghurt and it'll go thin and/or separate.
