  I was just wandering if anyone out there had a wobble board or core board.. If so what routines so you do one it?  What videos out there are the best?  Any suggestions would help.

I have never seen a video for one, you can do push ups on them and try and do squats which is really advanced, I have my golf clients try and balance and stand still on it. It works you core and stabilizer muscles.
