Healthy corn bread recipie
| 3/4 | cup cornmeal |
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 4 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 3/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | cup honey |
| 2 | tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce |
| 3/4 | cups skim milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | cup water |
- Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well with a spoon.
- Pour into a 9 inch round teflon baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
