Going to that Cosi restaurant

I've never been there.  What is a good sandwich choice?  They all look fairly healthy to begin with.

mmm, cosi's.  i'm a veggie, so i usually get the hummus sandwhich.  But honestly, the best thing on the menu is the signature salad.  It's delicious.
Mmmmm, Cosi....
Well I got the Tuscan Pesto Chicken sandwich on the wheat bread and it was amazing...   I like how you can get carrots or chips on the side with no extra cost.  Really nice place.

I know this has been posted a while ago but just thought you should know that the signature salad is not as healthy as it looks. I always thought that the signature salad was the best one out of the menu but recently I read the "Eat this Not that" and it said that signature salad is actually around 800 calories because of the cheese apparantely.

You should get the bombay chicken salad which is around 300ish calories. Also if you are interested in what else to eat in restaurants you should get "Eat this Not that." It tells you all the info you need to know ;)

Their signature salad is, in my opinion, the only thing on the menu worth the money. And I'm not really picky about food. I think a lot of it is bland and gross.

I just had the signature salad today for lunch, it was soooo good the pear and pistachios are outstanding, and honestly with the gorgonzola and grapes you really dont need any dressing to get the most flavor!

Yup thats my favorite Cosi lunch

they now have a lighter side menu...

mmmm...cosi.  While I do like their salads, I would give up all other food for the day for their turkey bacon cheddar sandwich.  So not good for you, but so yummy.  :)
