Is Costco chocolate frozen yogurt vegetarian?

I'm guessing not. I've been a vegetarian for 3-4 months and have eaten about 2 of those since. It never entered my mind that they wouldn't be vegetarian, even though they are yogurt. There's no gelatin in the yogurt flavored ice cream, so I don't know... I hate to break my veggie streak, I was doing so well. Does anyone know if it's vegetarian or not?

INGREDIENTS:
Cultured and pasteurized skim milk, sucrose, corn sweeteners, non-fat dry milk, whey, Dutch processed cocoa, stabilizers (modified milk proteins, cellulose gum, guar gum, mono- and diglycerides), natural and artificial vanilla flavors. Also contains S. Thermophillus, L. Bulgaricus and L. Acidophillis active cultures which are required to create yogurt.

Looks safe to me (Costco Kirkland Signature Frozen Yogurt, Chocolate Non-fat)

Unless you're vegan or feel that bacteria are animals =).

Oh, thank god, he he. I was worried there for a moment. I guess Gelatin must not freeze. That's good to know
