I have cottage cheese for breakfast every day.
If Im feeling sweet, I like to have it with fresh strawberries,
But my fav is to cut up two slices of fat free ham (40cals), about 6 cherry tomatoes and green onion mixed with 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese (135 cals), This keeps me full until noon and is super yummy and satisfying for about 200cals!! :-)

I just used:
200g of low fat cottage cheese
30g of strawberry jam
30g peanut butter
splenda
and just mixed it
If you like PB&J you will LOVE IT!! it was sooo goooooood!!!!! haha im havin this more offten
At the end it was around 400 kcal and 30 grams of protein xP
Normally I love cottage cheese with a bit of coarse ground black pepper and a few shakes of Frank's Red hot.. Usually 'reserved' for low sodium days because of the hot sauce.
Yesterday, I just tried LF cottage cheese with balsamic vinegar along with my baby spinach salad, it was very good!

Yes the pickle thing is good! I cut up pickles into tiny chunks and add it to cottage cheese!
I also eat it with grapes or cut up apples (any fruit really!)
