I discovered the Couch to 5K program the other day and am looking for buddies for support. I've been running for a bit and I estimate that I'm roughly at week 4 as far as endurance. Yesterday, I ran a 9 min mile, so I'm pretty damn proud of myself and excited about actually running for extended periods. Feel free to PM me! :)

I enjoy the free podcast downloads on  DJBeatsmith, there is one for each week. This is a great programme. 

 

you should check this thread out.  There's quite a few of us doing C25K at the moment.
