What do you do after Couch to 5K?
I am 2 weeks away from finishing and want to have a plan in place when I am done. I know there are a ton of people that have done C25K before. What did you do to follow up? I used the podcasts, and found it a really great tool, and I was hoping that I could find something similar. Any ideas?

You'll find a 5-8K transition podcast series on the same site that listed the Couch to 5K. Also, there's Podrunner, where they put up a new hour-long podcast every week or so.
You can also enter in your first sanctioned events, and set your first personal best for the records. I did my first a couple weeks ago and now I'm hooked! They're so much fun to do as a periodic alternative to all the solo running.
