Anyone try this program? I really like it so far..in the second week.
I did something similar. Worked very well. Then blended the 10k interval program with a mileage and tempo run schedule. has been working very well. :) Should be hitting 8 mile long run this weekend and feel great. Keep with it. The intervals make a huge difference and really let you progress at a safe pace so that you are strong and ready for the next level when you get there. :)
How did it work out for you Ed? I'm sorta running the plan. Last week I ran 90 sec/walked 2 min. Yesterday, I started running 90 sec/walking 90 sec, but by the last leg of my run, I knew I could go longer so I changed it to running 2 min/walking 90 sec. It challanged me and I feel I can keep up this pace. BTW I'm going to be in a 5K this Saturday.
