How do I count calories in Marinade?
I've been using the recipe function of the site to determine a lot of the calories and nutritional value of foods I make and eat often - However, I'm not sure how to account for marinades when grilling chicken or beef - I would think that they'd be negligible, but I'm just not sure -
Does anyone have advice on this?

calories are prob negligable but you may want to worry about the sodium. That said i ussually just add a serving of the marinade to my log
Also, if the marinade has oil or other fat in it, that will be more calories. Fat calories really add up fast. I do the same as morbius and add one serving to my log.
