To count or not to count????
Hello fellow gainers! Just curious as to how you are all going about the weight gain business? Are you counting calories, giving yourself a target and trying to reach that every day, then after a week or so checking on the weight and adjusting accordingly?
OR, do you just go with the flow, eating as much as possible at meal times and decent snacks?
I'm just unsure what to do myself at the moment as I'm a little worried I will undereat without a calorie target but at the same time am not sure how good counting is for the whole ED mentality?
Has anyone had any success in recovery gaining without counting?
Thoughts would be greatly appreciated

but...i do think to fully recover you need to let go a bit...dont be asaccurate...dont count every day.....my promise to myself is in a few weeks (after my a-levels) im chucking my kitchen scales away haha
Thanks for the input folks, I think I'm gonna go with counting for now anyway...see how it goes. charlieuk well done you for the chucking the scales thing! Can't wait till A levels are all over, finish on the 13th!
