Count me in and thin in 2010

Quote  |  Reply

Hello I'm in. My starting weight is 195lb and I want to get down to 135 - 140 range. I will be turning 42 in a few weeks and I promised myself as a gift to me, to be healthy and whole in 2010. I am tired of being tired and overweight. Now is the time to get it together.Kiss

HEllo. My starting weight is 272 and I would like to be down to 160. I believe we can all do it a pound at a time.

Hi!  I love your attitude and choice of words!  I wholeheartedly agree, being tired and overweight sucks.  As much as I want to be thin - I want to be "healthy and whole" more than anything.  Would be the greatest gift I could give myself.

Thanks...I am taking it one day at a time. I truly believe that is the only way to win this "fat" war lol. Be healthy and whole is the best gift possible :-)

Hello Everyone!

I want to feel good about myself and I most importantly want to be healthy! I am 180 lbs right now. My goal weight is b/w 125-140 lbs. Currently, my goal for 2010 is 140lbs. We can do it! Much peace and love to all of you.

Hey everybody!

I am new to the group and I would love to have some motivation and support behind me.  And I would gladly return the favor.  I am starting over and want to be healthy and whole in 2010 as slimlady67 put it.  I am starting out at 194 and my goal is to be 130-135.  I know we can do this together!!
