Does it count as water?
Can you count Powerade zero as your water count????
I really like these. I drink water but it can get kinda blah!!!! It would make me feel better knowing these were going towards my goal for the day.. I know I have read that any liquid you drink goes towards your count but I just needed reassurance.. These powerade zeros come in all kinds of great flavors.
I don't count it as just water when I drink it. It has sodium and stuff in it so it kinda makes me feel guilty to count it as just "water" lol
I do love it, though!
If it has zero calories and is 99.9% water then yes it totally counts as water in my opinion.
Wow am I supposed to be logging my water consumption?
I read every where we are supposed to drink at least 8 glasses a day!!! I can only drink that if I add something to it or drink one of these. They are really good, in my opinion.
