Welcome to COUNTDOWN CLUB: Awesome Autumn Counting Together!!! 

This group is always OPEN!

This is an open, ongoing weight loss support group, whether you've got 10 pounds or 100 to lose ... everyone is welcome.  All we ask is that you post three to five goals to introduce yourself, and check back in with us regularly. We'll be posting our world famous "QUESTIONS OF THE DAY" (QOD) daily as an incentive to have you come back and visit us!  You do not need to go back and read other posts, just join in and say hello! (Post your progress how/when you want to share.)

Jessie and Medveditsa...CONGRATS!  You ladies are inspiring. 

I've been hovering over 200 for about 6 weeks now...up to 207, down to 202 and back again.  My immediate goal is to say "goodbye" to the 200's and enter onderland once and for all!

I have been stuck at 196 for a looong time.  My goals are:

1. Hit 190 by Halloween

2. Track calories everyday

3. workout atleast 3x a week.

I didn't realize how long it had been since I posted!  I've just had a really hard time staying motivated the past couple of weeks and haven't logged or even checked in much during that time.  I've been hoovering around the 35lb lost mark for about 2-3 months now and just can't seem to get back on track. 

I'm hoping with the cooler weather I will be able to get back to exercising - I've dwindeled down from doing 30+ min on average a day to under 15 - not good. 

I'm determined to get my calories under control and getting back to eating lots of veggies and less junk starting today. I had a good start with breakfast: an egg burrito with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, broccoli & garlic - YUM! And I managed to stay under 500 calories!

 

Sorry i have been gone all... looks like a bunch of us took a break at the same time.  i think we rely more than we think on your daily questions molly... so is this club going to keep going?  who still wants to play?what are your goals?i am holding steady... but that is ok.  i sprained my shoulder 2 weeks ago, took off to disneyland, last weekend, and then was training for the last week which kept me too busy and exausted to log anything (or even check in)  i did OK food wise, although my only measure is the scale... i KNOW i didn't drink enough water, so i wonder how much the scale stability has to do with possible dehydration, and my regular snacks/ mini meals disapeared.  ( i binged wednesday cause i hadn't eaten enough all day)  i am recommitting today to logging, smaller meals with snacks between, and hope to get back to working out soon.

apparently not today though, as the fam wants to go on a picknick, and hubbie bpinted out that since my shoulder was bothering me last night, this morning probably isn't the day to get back to the dojo.
