Headed off to weigh-in the morny! Coming from 351.4 but it was a good size drop from prior week and Ive been uping cals a bit with including more carbs. Good carbs but still no sure what to expect. Been good though so it should count for something.

Whenever I work out vigorously I retain LOTS of water. It's something about damaged muscles..when they heal they release the water...so, 2-3 days away from the gym I Always drop like 4 pounds. Also, 1900 isn't enough! If you burn 4200- you should be eating more.
Try not to be discouraged- keep eating right and exercising and the weight Will come off.
I've been having a water-retainy month myself! I think these things go in cycles. I seem to be able to lose weight fine for a while .... then it slows and I retain water .... then it starts up again.
But it CAN be frustrating.

Is that March at the end of the week !! Two months in and we're still going. Syntitan, so good to see you meet/beat your goal, with all you've achieved and your doing great keeping it off (great for when we catch up with you ;D).
Hoping Molly this retention falls behind you and can forget how well youve done so far - good things ahead. Good to know your back on track Jack - hoping leaving that weekend has a nice zigzag loss in your future.
Got a weighin Thursday which I will use for March 1st. I had only a 1 lbs loss last week so hoping for better - I think introducing some good carbs with fruit and whole wheat may have been a calorie increase but hopng to keep it up and still get back to stronger losses. Maybe this Thursday but Ive heard some say cal increases can cause delay for 2weeks. Will see.

If not im 6"1, my SW 335 (5/2/08), CW 318, Lost 17, Goal 299 (for now!)
Weighed in this morn at 348.0 which I will use for March 1st weighin. Happy to have dropped below 350 - no claiming the 300+ status :D.
Spent a ridiculous amount of time at Walmart this morning but the walking alone was worth it. Trying to stretch my options - added pickles, not something I'd normally enjoy but the Clausen ones arent as sour. I dont mind eating the same often but I do eventually burn out on certain things.
I agree Danielle and will enjoy at year end looking back at year end to where we came from.

Hihi everyone! Just checking in. My weight this morning was 238.8 lbs!
Starting weight: 319 lbs
Current weight: 238.8 lbs (Feb 28th 2008)
Total lost: About 80 lbs
Hope everyone is enjoying their diet! I even had a free day yesterday and ate a LOT but still weighed in the same. Balance, not perfection!
WEIGH IN TIME IS HERE - well, technically tomorrow but let us hear from everybody. Wishing everyone luck and remember anyset backs do not define the year. None of us are perfect but hoping the best for all!

Loss: 0.8
But that's ok since I weighed a couple weeks ago and had a gain which had be back at 302.
