I lost 4 lbs. this week! and today is my birthday.. didnt meet my goal of under 300 for today but I have lost 90 lbs. since starting on 9/1.. Which is great. So today Im going out for Sushi with my baby girl and will probably pig out.. Then were going out for drinks and I will be getting loaded to celebrate lol... March has been great so far..

first off, happy birthday jack. secondly, way to go with the weight loss. you are doing awesome and you deserve a night off. eat like crazy, drink like crazy, and have a good time. keep up the goodness jack. you are an inspiration brotha.

No more deserving day then today to enjoy - Happy BD Jack!  Great loss too!

Ive been wondering how things were going Molly - I knew you were having a delay previously and great loss for the week! 
Howdy folks! I just got back from the Mayo Clinic and I am starting the Forever Young Diet and Lifestyle Program today (again) and with some medicine changes and pulmonary rehab, I expect to begin losing weight again. So I am officially weighing in today at 335 pounds. Wish me luck, and pray for me too, please. I have medically complicated obesity, and it is putting too much stress on my heart, so it is imperitive that I get this weight off.
Pam, I remembered you planning to check with the Mayo Clinic and sending you much luck with your diet plan!  Dont get discouraged and know that you are on the way back to health :D!

Shouldve gone to the store yesterday - pouring today and tomorrow supposed to also.  Thinking to get creative with what I do have left.  I also have leftover restaurant gift cards from christmas so may do a take out run with the help of healthy online menu options.

Plenty of time left until April Fools day weigh-in, hope we're all making the best of it!
Hi Jayne! I just got back from the store where I bought chicken breasts, bags of field greens and other bags of lettuce, green pepper, onion, black beans and canned chicken. I let the Lord lead me, and if I heard "not that", then I left it alone. I think I came back with a nice selection of food. In fact, I think I will go fix me some lunch right now. I think I will have a salad with canned chicken and black beans on it. Yum! I have kept to the program ever since I got back on the 16th, so I am proud of myself. There is even my very favorite ice cream in the house and I haven't touched it nor wanted to.

I looked for those new eggbeaters with yolk and couldn't find any. Does anyone know where they can be purchased?

No stores in my area carry the Eggbeaters with yolks. If any of you all get to try them, let us know how they are.
Had been really struggling with some early-March gains etc but am back on track. Hit 304 today. I can't wait to get under 300 it's only 5 pounds away. I think I just might be able to do that before the next update.

I remember that Train - wonderful to hear things turning around.  Weighed in this morn at 339.3, down 3 lbs and my goal (YEAH) of hitting 330s by Easter.  Not as close as you but boy does the 300 lb mark seem close and I still remember breaking 400. 
Way to go Jayne! We're about the same size. Maybe we will reach 300 at the same time? That would be fun.

Been bouncing around the 250's for the last couple weeks. Now at 254, so that's a loss of 8 from Mar 1. I am so rooting for 250!

I got deferred to donate blood due to low iron, I was at 12.1 and the cutoff is 12.5, so I'm adding in some spinach salads. I throw in some tomatoes & lemon juice for dressing to get some Vit C to help absorption.
Thats great Aovermy - wishing with the time you'll hit your 250.

Funny how our diet shows up - I had a doctor once tell me he could tell I was dieting because of the high amount of fat in my urine sample.  I think of that when they say to drink plenty of fluids - not just hydration but helping the fat rinse out.  Sorry to be so graphic :P
Hide the leftover Easter candy! :D

Enjoyed Easter with and was thankful to see salad and string beans among the other high cal foods! Ate reasonably and hoping it shows for Thursday or should I say next Tuesday, our April update.
