So cool hitting another goal danielle! Way to go and got to love those victories.
Fiber day went well, actually became regular within hours. I weigh in at clinic Thursdays but for first time returned this morning. Was doubting yesterday cuz PMSing and plus I had a fiber day. Just feeling really good this morning so weighed in and yesterdays 360.1 now was 358.6. I know about fluctuations but so glad I made the trip.
Finally got the fiber powder down - you can let that stuff sit, it gets thick. Even a choking warning on the label. Not bad though and I'd feared I would dislike using it. Just one of those habits Im trying to start.
Little extra distance each day but yesterday was a killer. Not sure why but just hoping doesnt stop me from todays walk. This morn using support on things to get around so hopefully by night I'll be good.

At the rate I'm going right now, I'll be under 300 in a few weeks!!! My final goal is 123 pounds by 2010. My interim goal is 160 pounds (157-pound weight loss) by August 2009 for my 25th wedding anniversary.
Hey everyone.
My weigh in day is today and I weighed myself and I am under 300 for the first time in a couple years. Feels soooo great. I still have a long way to go, but seeing these results keeps me motivated. Nothing can stop me now!! So here are the updated stats.
Start weight: 320 lbs.
Current weight: 296 lbs.
Goal weight: 185 lbs.
Woo hoo. Gotta go to the gym now, but I am hoping you all have continued success and happiness. We all deserve it.

Walked 6/10ths of a mile today, with a crutch and stops but hard to imagine. Im not sure how realistically far I can get each time Im sure I wont even be able to repeat my distance by the time Im home but so far so good.
Just over halfway to a mile and just halfway to February. We're doing it!

My mid-month weight is 271.2 - I was actually higher this am, but TOM doesn't count, right? I was 271.2 the past three mornings. Almost 5 lbs for half a month is good with me!
Here is my mid month update!
SW: 364.0 LOST: (21.2) JAN/08 342.8 GW: 199
My weight has been fluctuating after the holidays, but I log it daily, even the gains hehe.
SW: 319 lbs
Jan 14 CW: 252.8 lbs
Total lost = 66.2 lbs
I weigh in daily and log it but I don't worry about my daily or weekly weight fluctuations anymore, I look at the month as a whole, because when I compare 30 days prior, I always see a much better picture than daily/weekly fluctuations.
November 16th 2007: 272.0 lbs
December 14th 2007: 265.4 lbs
January 14th 2008: 252.8 lbs
So despite having "free days" on Dec 12th (my birthday), Dec 24th, Dec 25th, Dec 31st and Jan 1st -- all days that I ate well over 5000 calories EACH day, I am still 12.6 lbs LESS than 30 days ago and that's all that matters to me. I used to freak out when I would gain and then start to second guess myself, but monthly logs really put it in perspective!

I'm taking a vacation from the scale :-) I haven't weighed myself in almost a week- and don't plan on stepping on the evil thing until the 26th.
Eating and exercise are right on track though!
