So... this might be a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyway...do u guys count things that u add to food  u cook, like onions and sweet peppers in your calorie log?

I don't and I was just wondering how much of a difference this makes....i.e whether I should start doing it?

Born2doit2 -- yes you should be more aware than worried, my nutrionist told me that veggies such as peppers, cucs, brocolli, aspargus, grean beans and so on are the ones you want so dont sweat them-- if you start adding EVOO than yes you should be logging them religiously in your journal as well as items like potatoes, corn, and maybe your fruits that are higher in sugar.

Hope that helps

Thanks guys. I'll start to log them. I do log veggies and fruit...it's just like when I cook I chop maybe a quarter of an onion and a little bit of pepper and add it as seasoning to what i'm cooking...or even if I am doing a tuna sandwich I'll add some onion..and I usually just log 'tuna' and don't add in 'quarter onion'.

But I will definitely start logging it now. Thanks.
