Counting in San Diego

Hello,

I tired calorie count last year - almost a year on the dot, but didn't use it or take advantage of the system. I am 7 pounds heavier a year later. Not the 40 pound loss I had hoped for.

Today I started Medifast and will be using my gym membership that I recently purchased. Medifast reccommends taking the exercise thing slow for the first 2 weeks of starting the program, so I may just do treadmill walking as a start. I look forward to chatting with others in the local area looking to loose the extra weight that has crept on.

hey Susan.  Way to go.  I just started counting calories.  I have been counting calories for the past 3 days.   I have been at laboxing working for about a month.  I would say that I took the first 2 weeks easy, and it really helped, because now I can see myself getting stronger and more intense.   I want to lose about 25 pounds.   I am on a diet that I had seen on the web.  Goood to meet you.
