Howdy back toyou, from Burleson!

Sounds like you aren't letting any grass grow now that you're in the 6-0 decade!  Good for you!

No grass here!  LOL  Yes, I do stay active!  What do you do in Burleson?, for exercise?  How long have you been on this site?

Good morning,

I'm not to the 6-0 yet, but it's getting closer by the minute.

As to exercise in Burleson, I have been limited to my house, my pool and the dvds that we have in our collection.

We have found that Leslie Sansone has some great tapes for walking inside...and I have also started in with Denise Austin for some shapeups.

Other than that, I stay busy at my day job.  My fingers are in excellent shape from exercising on the keyboard all day!

I will retire in January, and after that, I plan to become a lot more active with gardening, housework that has been ignored for a long time, traveling, and grandkids! I am also planning to do some volunteer work, and my target organizations are the public libraries and the VA.

How lucky to have a pool!  Wonderful exercise! ..and fun.  I miss having one.  The secret is never stop moving!  I just bought the book recommended on CC- New Rules of Lifting - it's great - will start that program next week. Keep posting!
