I didn't think Qm would let you out tonight.

Just getting ready for a week at our camp. I spent last night with a group of kids for an overnighter. Way too tired. Started my day at 4:19AM on the 19th and went to sleep at 830AM today. And it's raining. Yay!

besides QM will be so zonked. she was at the overnight event then had to work today 10AM to 6PM and i imagine she will crash for the night.

How many are going to be camping?

qm and myself and the three kids. should be some good fun. we do the campfire by the waterfront thing with the flaming death marshmallow roasts.

what's going on with you?

Just hanging around home, still in my jammies. Might go for a long bike ride in the evening.

I'm having one of those days where I want to eat every thing in sight.

I have been eating way too much today. bunches of pizza from last night. chicken from an earlier supper, ma daughter's unfinished oatmeal. Snack, snack snack.

Do you bike a lot?

I try and get out as much as possible (weather permitting), prefer cool, damp/light rain but I also ride in warm/sunny weather. I just don't like it too hot/hummid it makes my legs feel really heavy.

i used to bike a bit way back in the day. My BIL rides more frequently. He has these preplanned routes he likes to take everynow and then. When I lived in Chicago I would inline skate everywhere. those were the days.

weekend chat seems so quiet compared to weekday chat. sometimes it's like a whole day w/o a post on AH Chat

I tried to update IE6 to something newer for our system. Got the mostest already.

Yeah he does. Edmonton has a lot of bike paths.

i should really use my bike for some offroading on my FIL's farm land. He has two sections in the aboutness of 100 or so acres each that would be good for riding. Just don't like the flies.

Go for it. You might have to put on some kind of spray. I hope my daughter & her boyfriend bring their bikes over from his dad's house then we could go on a "family outing."

totally should. Our oldest son sometimes rides his bike along side of QM when she goes for her 10K run/jog/walk thing.

Riding in the river valley areas is nice in the evening. Cools you off before bed time. You can stick to the paved bike paths or hit some off roads.

how often do you go out and bike?

it is so warm in the house and i am so tired. argh.

i want to fill the bird feeder and finish my mini deck building project.

A few times a week. If I can't go early in the morning I'll go out at about 8 or 9 in the evening. I try to avoid idiots traffic whenever possible. The whole point is getting some stress relief exercise. I can't do the "yoga thing." Just can't get into it.

i am on my third load of laundry. to be washed.

i just can't imagine the zen of yoga on a bike ride!

some drivers just have no respect for the bikers of the world. or walkers for that matter.
