I'm looking for a good, low-fat, high fiber cracker.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think you can beat WASA - not brimming with added fiber but whole grain, no fat

Hi :) I'm not a real big cracker eater...but whenI was following low-carb religiously, I did TONS of research on all types of food products...checking out their carb content, type of carbs (whether they are processed ingredients and so forth), and the dietary fiber count.

I know a good one that is not too high in carbs (bad carbs anyway) is the Wasa brand. You can find them in gourmet grocery stores (like Fresh Market) and I've even seem them in more mainline stores lately like Publix and Kroger. They are a thin, crispy wafer/cracker. Good for matching with a small slice of low-fat cheese or other protein-filled item (like peanut butter or sliced deli meat)

Hope that helps! Laughing

Kellogg's All Bran Crackers (Garlic and Herb Flavor) is really good. You get 18 crackers for 120 cals. 6g of fat and 5g of fiber. They have plain ones too, but I haven't tried them.
Triscuits - my favorite tasting cracker is made from whole wheat, not whole wheat flour and already low fat, they even have a low fat version along with many others.  I buy the walmart brand and like them as much.
i like the Kashi TLC crackers
Ive tried the 7 grain and Honey Sesame and loved them both
Serving Size 15 crackers
cals 130 fat 3 fiber 2 (not too high in fiber tho)
