I have two questions I have not talked abt them with a physician yet but want to find out if other people also suffer from similar symptoms
1) Morning when I take breakfast I get slight stomach cramps, its not uncomfortable but this happens pretty much everyday and it just wears off after some time, I tried changing what I eat, fruit cereal oatmeal but it happens without fail.
2)when i workout and this is really weird but even this has been happening for quite some time now. my left side body sweats more than right. In fact I hardly sweat on my right side. I noticed this after working out my half left side face would be completely red and the other half fresh as morning. I discussed it with my doc but she did not take it seriously.

I don't have any answers for you (sorry!) but I do know how you feel about your doctor not taking things you are worried about seriously because they sound weird. It happened with my doctor and questions about my asthma in the past and agian this last winter. My hands and feet will go compeltely white, red, and/or purpleish black in the cold. It doesn't even have to be that cold for it to happen and it happens a lot more now that I've lost a lot weight. It scares me. I've done a lot of research on it and I think I know what I have but the doctors just don't want to help me make sure or even talk about it. I think we both need to either change doctors or demand to be taken seriously - that's what we pay them for afterall.
Sorry anony444, but I've never had any of those things happen to me, so I can't really help you out any. The thing about sweating only on one side is really weird... I hope you figure out what is going on! Maybe you should try a different doc?
Vpmraika - you probably have Raynaud's syndrome. I have the same thing. It sucks because when I walk to my classes in the winter (at university), my hands always turn white (even when I try to protect them with mittens). Then, I have trouble taking notes and concentrating on anything but trying to get the circulation in my digits going again. My hands normally return to normal 10 min before the end of class, at which point it is almost time to go outside to get to my next class, for which my fingers turn white AGAIN. Arg, it's frustrating. I don't think there is any cure - all you can do is protect yourself as best you can. But you should definitely get is checked out from someone who will actually listen to you. I think there are some complications if it gets to serious. (I should talk to my doc too!)

Yeah that's what I figured it was, but I'd really like to make sure. That's pretty much what happens to me when I try to walk to class in the winter too... not to mention the fact that I coach rowing starting every Febuary. It's a spring sport but it's still really cold for the first month or so of the season and it's hell having to be outside, on the water, for hours while trying to keep the blood in my hands and feet.
