I call these 4th of July cookies!

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry, Blueberry, White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c butter
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
12 oz white chocolate chips
1 1/4 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp salt
3 c flour
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c dried blueberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry, Blueberry, White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream together butter and sugars.

  3. Beat in eggs and extracts.

  4. Stir in cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour until well mixed.

  5. Add in white chocolate chips, cranberries, and blueberries.

  6. Drop by tablespoonful and bake for 10-12 minutes. (They come out better if you roll them into a ball in your hand before putting on the pan.)

  7. Cool on pan for 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
