I dropped 50 lbs this year!

Sadly I've gained 7 in the wrong direction recently... and that's a bad trend for me considering I was supposed to lose another 30 instead... I won't reach goal more than likely, but I'm back here to track again... if I don't track I eat... and last night I had cake... dear god I love cake...

Anyways... I'm back. ^_^

Don't feel bad, Friday my husband (im blaming him) stopped at SEE'S CANDY, now keep in mind I asked for the sugar free sample!! anyway, he ended up with a half pound box, of cremes and chocolate covered nuts, and him and I sat in the bedroom and ate that whole box (approx 6-7 pieces) maybe more, BY OURSELVES! for dinner I had 2 of those new Taco Bell Shrimp Burritos! (they're not that great either) AND....I baked a cake for our children Saturday, but that I didn't eat at all, just licked my fingers here and there!

I'm not super worried. I know I can drop it down again. I just have to go back to tracking...

Honestly it could have been worse. I've been lots of fritos and cake...
I love fritos...
and cake...

My inner fat kid likes buying new "thin clothes" better though...

Even though I'm up 7 lbs, my pants got bigger... It's confuzzling.

You could be gaining muscle if your pants are fitting you looser.

This is actually good news for you.  (and incidentally, I had the same happen to me on a recent vacation...up a few pounds).

The extra poundage is good news.  It is data.  It tells you in a loud and clear voice that you need to continue to count calories, exercise and drink your water.  Without those things, you can watch the scale inch back upwards.  But armed w/ the data that you have LOST weight while behaving properly...the choice is a simple one.

Excellent that you have caught this early.  Excellent that you are taking care of it and excellent that you realize you need to continue to count and exercise.
