Seems like I eat cold fruit and veggies a lot. I switched to hot oatmeal, all the cold foods and diet soda are making me cold. I would love a great big plate of hot lasagna! What are some hot low cal foods? I guess I just crave food but especiall something hot and filling.

Hot soup! I'm eating it right now. 
I feel the same!  I found these great 250 cal Udon soup packets at my local Ralphs grocery store.  Just boil for 3 mins and add your own veggies, sauce packet comes with.  I just had it for early lunch ^^  warmed my bones.

Annie Chun makes a non-refridgerated bowl you just add water to, it's easier to take to work.  Even has dehydrated veggies.

I nuke my Kashi Golean Crunch in the microwave for one minute for a fast, hot, breakfast or snack.
Lean pockets are a yummy lunch...280 calories and tons of varieties.  2 minutes in the microwave and you are good to go...

Hot fruit. Seriously. Just microwave apple pieces and top with a bit of museli. Or banana and use as a spread on toast/crumpets. Or just apple pie/peach pie filling (no sugar added). Yum yum,
I grill lsandwiches which makes them nice and warm

Have lasagna if you want it!  Have a nice veggie or chicken lasagna with reduced fat cheese.  When I'm really craving something, I try to find or cook a healthier alternative.  I made a low fat chicken curry recently that was yummy, despite it's healthier disposition.  When I want pizza, I have pizza.  I have a nice veggie covered pizza, with maybe a little low fat ham or chicken breast, and no cheese.  It's delicious, and I can eat a lot more of it than I could eat some fat-city pizza, and still stay within my calorie budget.  Last night we wanted tacos, so we had turkey tacos, with wheat tortillas, black beans, tomato, salsa, onion, and lettuce.  They were delicious!
When I'm wanting something warm/hot I usually go for soup, or herbal tea.  If I want something a bit more "substantial" I might go for oatmeal, or buttered noodles (sometimes I'll toss in some steamed veggies into the noodles).  I'm not much into making 'major' meals - I like simple and basic the best.
Cook a chicken breast and some veggies.  I nuke chicken breasts add some barbque sauce or teriaki or other flavors/ spices and nuke some veggies and viola - a hot dinner in about 15 minutes.
