So I have been craving ice cream forever then.....

then i saw this little shop by my house that serves 10 calories per ounce!!!!! 80 different flavors and has all these organic cookies and cakes for LOW LOW calorie and NO transfats!!!

I just got a 8 oz and WAS SO SATISFIED. only 80 calories!!! I got the Vanilla Almond ! SO GOOD.

The place is called Rosie's D'Lightes

they have coffees and smoothies and sundays etc etc. Now whenever i have a craving i will try to avoid it but if it keeps bothing me, hell why not!!

try publix low-fat frozen yogurt! it comes in like every flavor. it only has 100 cals per serving, 1.5g of fat, and like 20g of carbs! it tastes amazing too!

Starbucks has a low fat latte ice cream that is to die for! Per serving its only 130 calories and i think 3g of fat.  The only problem is that it comes in a huge container so you have to really try hard not to eat the whole thing!

The no sgar added by Bryers is only 80 calories. I add 1/2 tsp of Nestle Quick if I want chocolate aor Pineapple for something fruity. I is actuall y really good!!

I'll stick to my Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches and Weight Watchers Ice cream bars. :)

i heard Klondike came out with a 100 calorie ice cream sandwich. anyone try those?

Smart Ones makes a Cookie Dough Ice Cream treat that's drizzled with chocolate syrup... 190 Cals per serving... Probably the best thing I've eaten in a long time...

that smart ones treat is actually 170 calories per serving.

I got a frozen yogurt from TCBY last week. It was pure heaven. It's become my once-a-week cheat recently. So delish. Only 80 calories for 1/2 cup. I tried going to the grocery store to pick up a boxed version-100 calories for 1/2 ounce. Not going to happen. I wish there was a Rosie's up here. You seem to have found God's Ice Cream Shop.

Do yourself a favor and find a tasti d lite vendor - 10-18 calories an ounce depending on the flavor (of which there are like 100).

Ahh be careful of Tasti D'lite! They advertise those low calorie counts but in studies they've actually found that they can be significantly higher.

You guys have gotta try that Edys slow churned, no sugar added ice cream.  One half cup serving is 2 points for most of the flavors.
