I love mozzarella. Can't get enough of them. EVER. So what I usually do is, instead of eating it plain or fried in stick form, eat it with something healthy. Say on top of veggie and rice soup. I don't like veggie but.... mozzarella is good so I eat them.
And fruits are always a good alternative to sweets.

Ice cream!
I am lactose intolerant but take the pain for this creamy treat. Unfortunately, they don't make a soy ice cream that is healthy so... it really sucks. I have found though that frozen yogurt, low fat, doesn't hurt my stomach, strangely. It's also not too bad so long as I don't choose a super-rich kind.

Peanut butter sandwiches on really, really soft fluffy white bread...
lol.
Healthy alternative?
Hmm... Whole plain peanuts.
They are high in calories but it would be healthier and i wouldn't eat as much.

Milk chocolate Le Petit Ecolier cookies.
Milk chocolate anything...
Milk chocolate anything...
Oh, and if "not thinking about it" is a healthy alternative, that's mine.
cake...
if im in a cakey mood then i usually toast a crumpet- (just under 100 cals) then give it a couple of squirts with 1 cal butter spray (say 5) top it with some splenda and a dash of cinnamon. if i really want i also throw on half a sliced banana and pop into microwave for 10 secs (50 cal)
so there you have it- 105 to 155 cal cake like substance!

krenren77 - I like vanilla so I have alternated ice cream with a little bit of frozen fat-free cool whip.
Well I used to have (at least) two pieces of white bread with a VERy generous helping of butter on them everyday, but now I have switch to cereal and I have had toast with butter in three months! I feel MUCh healthier now!
Well, lately it's been moonpies. There's really nothing else that comes close to them, so I'm not sure what the healthy alternative is. (If anyone is clever enough to come up with one, please share!)
Since chocolate is involved, I guess I'll go for a deep chocolate vitatop muffin.

instead ive tried eating reduced fat wheat thins, salsa(which is nonfat) red beans, and avocado pieces and if its my only meal in a day ill add a lil bit of cheese but not too much.
its the cheese, sourcream and guac that are my killers....

i am addicted to salty stuff... i love doritos and french fries and anything salty. i've found that the 100 calorie packs of doritos satisfy my craving, although probably not the most nutritious 100 calories i could eat i feel that it saves me from falling off the wagon and binging on an entire bag. also i love wheat thins veggie chips, delish!
i love junkfood so much i guess a helthy choise would to be to cut them out compleatly or eat my frouts and veggies

Dreyers Loaded Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup ice cream! That is my carrot at the end of the stick for keeping my daily calorie count low. I know that even though there aren't that many calories, that it isn't very healthy -- but it keeps me eating healthy the rest of the day!
Haven't found an alternative. Then again, I haven't looked. I love it!
