So the day before yesterday,I had lots of rice..with soup..and I do not normally have rice..and that day,I had A LOT of rice..and I heard that when you quit a certain food full of carbs and then start eating again, you gain weight rapidly and in a crazy way..even just a little bit of the food..

And I woke up yesterday to find out that I gained 3 kilos..so I decided I was going to eat as little as I possibly could..and I did..

I weighed myself today and found out that I am back to my normal weight..57 kilos..

Is my body crazy or what ? Surprised

You were probably bloating from eating the soup, especially if it was canned. Canned soups usually have lots of salt.

Were you on a low-carb diet, such as Atkins? Eating carbs while on Atkins usually bloats me up quite a bit.

I thought bloating meant that my stomach becomes so big and out..I did not know it had anything to do with weight actually..

and I did not know bloating could last a whole day

I am so never gonna have soup again..

lol! I would say its just your body adjusting - I was the exact same when I started - ate 1 slice of bread or a slice of pizza, some rice, anything on the carb range and I would bloat for 2 days.

But that does NOT mean you just give up!

Your body needs these things, all in moderation, but it still needs it so I think it is totally unrealistic to say what you have said here. I can't hear your tone of voice to I don't know if youre just saying it jokingly but even if its a joke, please you have to consider what you have said.

You can't bloat and then not eat the rest of the day. You have to go through it. Drink more water, maybe even do a little bit of exercise. Then your body adjusts and then you will be able to enjoy these things without getting the bloat.

I also discovered that I had IBS which was one of the reasons for my bloat - hence increased my fibre intake and that helped alot.

Soz if I sound a little harsh.
Its just that this site is all about a healthy mindset and way of life and the thought process just didn't sound very healthy.

Good luck!
