I am going crazy waiting!!!!

My storey is a year ago I got my last Depo injection (birth control). I have been trying to conceive with the past 7 months to no avail. I have been charting my temperature on-line and to date it says that I have not ovulated. My periods are still all over the place but this month I think I may have ovulated on the 27th or 28th day of my cycle. Strange I know but that’s what all the signs say.

It is now day 37 of my cycle and I have not gotten my period. I did a pregnancy test on cycle day 32 and it was negative. I know that the pregnancy test that I’m using can detect pregnancy from 12 days past ovulation which would be cycle day 39 (this Thursday).

Is it all in my head that I might be pregnant??? Does anyone know is it possible to ovulate on the 27th day of your cycle? I’m trying not to get my hopes up but I’m struggling.

Hi i have a crazy cycle that at times would last 40 + days b/w periods...so i think that you could ovulate late into your cyclr depending on how regular you are.

I never thought that i would have one child ( three and wonderful) and now i am pregnant with my second...due on March 18. If you do not get pregnant in a year check out your fertility clinic options. I conceived both times with fertility treatments, Intrauterine insemination, not very expensive at all.

So i guess i am saying anything is possibel...it will happen when you least expect it.

Good Luck!!Smile

Hi Karen,

I got pregnant with my 2nd child when my husband and I thought we were in the "safe zone."  I was so confused as to how I got pregnant and didn't even realize that it was during that time until I went to get my 12 week ultra sound and they found that the baby was too small which meant he wasn't 12 weeks yet.  I asked my Doctor why this was and he said that I had to have ovulated right before my period and low and behold that was the ONE time that month we didn't use protection.  Smile  So Yes, it is completely possible.  PS - I've always had normal periods...every month on time.  Best of Luck and happy mommy dust to you.
