Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe

Keep these in the fridge and portion them out!

Ingredients
16 oz. pks. philadelphia cream cheese
1/8 Splenda Quick Pack
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth.

  2. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers.

  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
