Chicken casserole with sour cream and poppy seeds
| 2 | cups sour cream |
| 10 3/4 | ounces cream of chicken soup |
| 2 | tsp poppy seeds |
| 3/4 | lb chicken |
| 1 3/4 | cup crackers |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
- Preheat oven to 350
- combine sour cream, soup and poppy seeds in a bowl
- cut up chicken into cubes and stir into mixtures
- pour into baking dish
- combine melted butter and crushed crackers
- sprinkle cracker mixture over the top
- bake for 25-30 minutes
