shimp and mushrooms in a creamy lemon garlic sauce over linguine
| 8 | oz linguine, cooked |
| 1 | lb shrimp |
| 2 | T Olive Oil |
| 1 | T butter |
| 2 | T garlic |
| 1/2 | cup milk |
| 8 | oz mushrooms, canned |
| 1 | t lemon juice |
| 1 | t flour |
| 2 | t water |
| 2 | cups spinach |
| 1/2 | t lemon pepper seasoning |
| 4 | T parmesan cheese |
- Cook Linguine
- Saute garlic, mushrooms in olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes. Drian liquid
- add butter, lemon juice, milk. Thicken mixture with flour and wather, and 1/2 of parmasean cheese.
- When thick ladle shrimp mixture over cooked linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
