I am trying to reduce the days between heavy workouts and trying to build muscle...Which is my best approach...Should I be taking both?

I personally would never take creatine cuz it jst forces water into your muscles and once u stop workin out for a while, all your muscles will convert to flab... ur biceps will be jello-like lol
