a BIG peach (60 ish) and a peice of bread with some peanutbutter (cals vary depending on size/type of bread and amount/type of pb).
a big glass of orange juice - about 110 and a piece of fruit =) sometimes i have about 200 cals to go and im just not hungry, but a nice healthy glass of OJ does it for me :)
Have you considered adding a protein bar/shake?
Or a handful of nuts, good fat and not too much to eat to get the cals. needed.
I'd suggest switching to regular cream cheese and dressing, for starters, rather than using low-calorie. Add almonds to your dinner, or cook the broccoli and add a cheese sauce. Put some avocado in your salad. Have a banana and peanut butter. Berries and whipped cream for dessert.
I hate to disagree but I would say definitely stick to the low fat cream cheese and add in nuts and fruit.  maybe even some more protein.  I am not sure you have enough lean protein in there.  going to regular cream cheese is really going to up your fat, which you don't want to do.
How about adding a baked potato or baked sweet potato fries?  Or, maybe add some cheese (dairy or vegan) to the broccoli?
Clif Bars are 250 calories each, and rate an "A" nutritionally. I love 'em, and Target has the best price (although not the best variety).
nuts any kind.....nuts are great for you and it is suggested that you eat an ounce a day to keep your a heart a pumpin.
I have the same problem.  But i think  i'm going to add a protein shake or bar for a pre work out snack.  I feel like i'm eating all day!

I would move up to regular cream cheese as well...she barely has any fat in her diet as it is now.

Nuts, natural peanut butter on those wheat thins, or an avocado will solve it.
