Crock Pot Beef & Barley Soup Recipe

Thick and tasty soup made in the crock pot thats easy to make and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 ounces diced tomatoes, drained (2 cans)
1 medium onion, chopped
3 1/2 cups beef broth (2 cans)
1/3 cup Barley
1/3 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
3/4 cup frozen green beans
2 cups water
1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Trim fat from beef if necessary. Combine all ingredients in a 5.5 quart (or larger) slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, or high for 4 - 5 hours, or until vegetables and barley are tender.
