Crockpot Chicken Recipe

Quick Chicken breast recipe in the crockpot.

Ingredients
2 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 cup yellow onion
1 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp pepper (garlic)
2 tsp paprika
Directions
  1. Dice onion, add to bottom of crockpot.

  2. Add raw chicken on top of onion.

  3. Sprinkle chicken with garlic, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Add oil at edges of chicken so spices do not run off.

  5. Add water at edges of chicken so spices do not run off.

  6. Cook on low 6-8 hours in crockpot.
