| 1 1/2 | lbs chicken breast |
| 3 | potatoes, peeled, cubed |
| 1 | apple, chopped |
| 2 | tbsp curry powder |
| 10 | oz Chicken broth |
| 2 | cups frozen peas, thawed |
| 1 | onion, choped |
| 2 | cups instant brown rice |
Recipe Directions for Crockpot Curry Chicken
- PLACE 1-1/2 lb. meat in slow cooker; top with onion.
- ADD sauce and seasoning. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours (or on high for 5 hours).
- STIR IN 2 cups uncooked instant white rice and add-ins. Cover and cook an additional 20 min.
