Going on a cruise in Feb. ------ OH NO!
Well I booked this cruise a year ago, plenty of time to drop a few. But for some unknown reason this didn't happen (ok well maybe not unknown). So now I have a month to drop 30 lbs, think I can do it, I don't. Actually 10 would be great, even 5. Problem is I'm addicted to eating. I don't eat a lot, just often and with too many calories. Hopefully I will enter every morsal of food I eat into this site and take a good look at myself. Man do I need motivation.
